1. Are all your candles handmade?

Yes! Every candle from RakShita’s Candle House is 100% handcrafted with love, using high-quality wax, fragrance oils, and molds.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location:
Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Other areas: 5–7 working days

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders are prepaid via Razorpay or UPI.

4. What if my candle arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with a clear photo and your order ID. We’ll verify and assist you with refund/replacement.

5. Can I return or exchange a candle?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

6. Are your candles chemical-free?

Yes, we use non-toxic wax, safe fragrances, and lead-free cotton wicks.

7. How can I increase fragrance throw?

Burn in closed spaces, trim wick, and let wax pool fully. Read our Candle Care Guide.

8. Can I request custom candle designs?

Yes! Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 89891 70817 for custom orders.

9. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we ship within India. International shipping is coming soon.

10. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once shipped.
